The Adult Hockey League at LA Kings Ice offers a fun, fast-paced, and inclusive environment for hockey players of all backgrounds. Whether you're a seasoned skater or getting back on the ice, this league provides the perfect setting to enjoy competitive hockey in a recreational, non-checking format.

The Adult Hockey League is designed to promote hockey in a competitive, organized, and friendly atmosphere that values sportsmanship, camaraderie, and physical fitness. Our goal is to ensure every player enjoys a safe and positive hockey experience.

Program Features:

• Open to players 18 and older

• Co-ed, all skill levels welcome

• Recreational, non-checking play

• 3x3 format (current league style)

• Year-round seasons
